Why Conasence exists
Many expensive project failures begin before any cable or component fails. They begin when materials are not verified, field conditions are not captured, changes are not controlled, responsibility is unclear, and closeout is treated as paperwork instead of part of execution. Conasence was built to address that operational gap.

The work is shaped by practical lessons from high-density communications environments, structured-cabling projects, documentation control, testing, labeling, inventory, route planning, rework, and turnover. Conasence applies those lessons through focused consulting and project support that project teams can use in the field and at the management level.
